New passport application arrangements from 16 February 2009
Important Information: The British Embassy in Vienna ceased issuing UK passports with effect of 16th February 2009. All UK passport applications from customers living in Austria are now processed by the British Passport Processing Centre in Düsseldorf which is part of the British Consulate General in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Please note there will be no change to other services provided by our Consular Section in Vienna or Honarary Consulates in Bregenz, Graz, Innsbruck and Salzburg.
