New Passport Information Helpline with effect of 02 June 2009
From the 2nd of June, Careline Services will assume operation of the Passport Information Helpline and handle all British passport telephone enquiries at +44 208 082 4724 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM local time, Monday to Friday. For customers with hearing difficulties, a Textphone service is available by contacting +44 1750 725368. Please be aware that this is a credit card payment service. European Parliamentary Elections 4-9 June 2009
British citizens permanently residing in Austria may participate in electing Austrian MEPs in the upcoming European Parliamentary Elections if they applied to the municipality (Gemeinde) of residence (Hauptwohnsitz) by the 31 March 2009. Please see the page on the European Parliamentary elections of the Austrian Foreign Ministry website for more information.
